Trying the product

Use npm run seed:demo (with a Supabase service role in .env.local) for a rich two-user demo workspace — see README.

After sign-in you get Today, Lists, task detail with minimum / standard done, inbox notifications, and (for workspace owners) a simple Product health event log under Settings.

Copy .env.example to .env.local and apply migrations from supabase/migrations/ in order (README lists phases).
